3D Cad Drafting Service 

Residential Drafting:  Drafting of residential building plans (construction documents) often referred as blueprints utilizing Autodesk Revit 3 dimensional software. A basic 3d model is produced incorporating the clients ideas from sketches, hand drawings, photos or pdf's. A basic model is produced as a start point. Revisions are made per clients request after initial review.

Once the clients approval the construction documents (blueprints) are started & finished, The blueprint files will be converted to pdf's as a record of finished product delivered via email along with 1 set of hard copies will be delivered. Additional hard copies will be available at an additional cost. Plans sets consist of a Site Plan, Floor Plan, Dimension-ed Floor Plan, Foundation Plan, Foundation Details, Exterior Elevations, Typical Wall Sections, Building Sections, Electrical Plan and Schedules & Details. You can view our drafting samples for quality and attention to detail. Drafting service is priced at $1.20 per square under roof. 

Conversion:  I can reproduce or convert your autocad drawings and existing model homes plans from 2d drawing files into 3d model. 3D models can be converted from your paper drawings sets or pdf files. 3d cad drafting services are discounted for Contractors. Contact me  for pricing.

Note: Blueprints will have to be signed & sealed by a state certified architect of structural engineer at a additional price. I have sources to structural engineers that I have used on past projects.
