About Us
Hello my name is Dan Torres and I am the owner of 3D Cad Drafting Services. I have been involved in Florida construction and design for the last 25 years. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and I am a Florida State Certified Contractor and Home Inspector. I have worked for several renowned Architects in Ft. Myers and have run my own construction business performing various services such as contract drafting, home inspections and wind mitigation inspections. As a FEMA disaster recovery inspector I have seen what poor construction methods can happen in high wind and water events. I have the
experience and expertise to produce detailed constructions documents (blueprints) that may enable you and your home builder to save time and money, possibly thousands of dollars during the construction phase.
